The past week with Human Garage changed my life

The past week with Human Garage changed my life

the most powerful healing technique I've ever experienced

I got the opportunity to spend a week in Egypt deeply immersed in the world of fascia maneuvers, organized by The Traveling Temples and lead by Human Garage co-founders Jason van Blerk and Aisha Rodrigue.

Working with the fascia using the techniques they've developed is powerful beyond words. I know because in those 5 days I've seen people become lighter like I haven't seen before in any retreat or therapy. And even more important: I've felt it in my own body.

I don't think I've even been touched by something so 'simple' in such a deep and meaningful way

For the first time after a life-threatening mountainbike accident 10 years ago, I managed to release the fear and tension that was still stored in my body ever since. Finally. I cried tears from grief, relief and happiness all in 10 minutes. Then I opened my eyes and looked into a new world. And that wasn't even the most powerful moment.

The next day in Cairo they taught 200 people how to heal themselves in a 3-hour class. And witnessing that, standing in the back of the room feeling people's reactions and releases, something hit me to the core. My entire perspective of healing shifted in an instant. I realized…

This is it. This is the thing that could actually heal the world in our lifetimes.

It's free, easy, you do it on yourself, and yet it goes deeper than anything else. Let me explain how that's possible (from what I understand):

Your body isn't a dumb 'meat suit'. It's an intelligent gel-like piezoelectric system connected to the cosmos. All the stress and traumas you've ever experienced (and we all have them) got stored in the body's tissues, resulting in tension and tightness, limitation of movement, disfunctioning organs, and all kinds of chronic illness. Even your emotional state, ability to regulate your nervous system, and the repeating patterns in your life are all deeply influenced by how freely the energy can move through the fibers your body.

Many people know that "the body keeps the score." But how do you lower the score back to 0? Well, I believe this is the tool that can do it.

Jason shared on stage that the fascia maneuvers they've developed are measurably more effective than a 12-week program in their (now closed) clinic of 52 specialists. Read that again.

Yes. And you can do these movements on yourself, anywhere (I just did a set in the airplane flying home). No hospital. No prescription. No medical bill. The age of the medical industrial complex is coming to an end. We can do it all ourselves. Using fascia maneuvers, people have already healed themselves from anything from eczema to scoliosis, sexual trauma to frozen shoulders, diabetes to cancer, Parkinson's to many more. There's truly no excuse anymore to not get to work.

Human Garage's mission is to help 1 billion people heal themselves, and after being so close to the action for a week, I think they're gonna do it. The best thing about all of this? You can start today. For free. Their pay-as-you-like programs walk you through all the movements you need to learn to heal your body and liberate your soul. I'm an ambassador for life.
