Loki Restaurant in Portimão, Portugal is a small place with a big heart. Chef João Marreiros delivers a unique experience with 11 unique dishes and a lot of stories, passion and energy. When I visited Loki during a summer holiday I was blown away by the evening, and as a filmmaker I'm always looking to tell a good story, I just knew I had to go back with a camera. I approached João with my ideas at the end of the night… fast forward half a year and I visited João for 4 days to portray his beautiful story of artisanship, intention and love.
